What is the CBD percentage (%) of SanaCan?
We don't express CBD in percentages because we believe this says little about its effectiveness. Brands often misuse percentages to advertise unrealistic amounts on their packaging, even though they are synthetically generated. We keep it as close as possible to how nature intended.
How do I use SanaCan CBD oil?
- Fill the pipette: Gently squeeze the end of the rubber pipette and release. The pipette will fill approximately 1/3 full.
- Microdosing: Repeat this until you have reached your weekly requirement.
- Determine your needs: Build up your dosage according to our schedule, but also taper off if it becomes too much. For example: if the week 4 dosage doesn't feel as good, continue with the week 3 dosage and maintain that.
- Remember: a higher dose isn't always better. So choose the dose that works best for you.

How do you use SanaCan SleepQuality?
- Fill the pipette: Gently squeeze the end of the rubber pipette and release. The pipette will fill approximately 1/3 full. (1 dose - see photo)
- Increase weekly: Build up according to the schedule below, but also taper off if it becomes too much. If the week 4 dose doesn't feel as good, continue with the week 3 dose.
- Choose a fixed time: It can be helpful to take your CBD oil at a fixed time, such as before bed. This creates a routine and promotes consistency.
Important: A higher dosage isn't always better. So choose the dosage that works best for you.
Recommended schedule:

There are no universal guidelines when it comes to CBD dosing. Dosage can depend on various factors, such as the product composition, time of administration, any medication use, the reason for use, and individual sensitivity. Therefore, it's important to gradually increase the dosage through microdosing. This means starting with a low dose and gradually increasing it (start low, go slow).
How long can I use SanaCan products?
SanaCan products can be used for as long as needed. As with other substances like medications and nutritional supplements, it's possible your body can build up a tolerance to CBD. If you notice this, consider reducing your dosage and gradually increasing it again, or temporarily stopping for a few weeks.
