How do I know if SanaCan CBD is right for me?
With SanaCan FreshFlower CBD oil, we want to help everyone live a healthy life every day. Whether you're looking to improve your sleep or strengthen your mental resilience, we strive to prevent unnecessary medication use, which is often harmful to the body.
Why SanaCan and not other CBD products?
FreshFlower® CBD from SanaCan is the only brand in the world that uses fresh, organically grown hemp flowers from the Netherlands. Unlike all other brands, our production process closely follows nature's original intentions, preserving as many of the plant's active ingredients as possible.
When can I expect the benefits?
Many different factors can influence the effect of CBD. These include the way you take it, the frequency of use, and your state of health before starting FreshFlower® CBD from SanaCan. Diet and lifestyle also influence how quickly you'll notice the benefits of FreshFlower® CBD and how noticeable they will be. Some users see improvements after just a few days, while others may take several weeks. Since everyone is different and has their own endocannabinoid system, each body will respond uniquely to CBD. We recommend taking it daily for at least two weeks.
What is the CBD percentage (%) of SanaCan?
We don't express CBD in percentages because we believe this says little about its effectiveness. Brands often misuse percentages to advertise unrealistic amounts on their packaging, even though they are synthetically generated. We keep it as close as possible to how nature intended.
Can you get high from this CBD oil?
No. THC is a psychoactive substance that occurs naturally in cannabis plants (in hemp plants). However, because THC concentrations in hemp plants are so low, it will not have a psychoactive effect on the human body. In the Netherlands, the law requires that a finished product contain no more than 0.05% THC.
How much CBD oil should I use?
- Fill the pipette: Gently squeeze the end of the rubber pipette and release. The pipette will fill approximately 1/3 full.
- Microdosing: Repeat this until you have reached your weekly requirement.
- Determine your needs: Build up your dosage according to this schedule, but also taper off if it becomes too much. For example: if the week 4 dosage doesn't feel as good, continue with the week 3 dosage and maintain that.
- Remember: a higher dose isn't always better. So choose the dose that works best for you.
At what time do I use SanaCan CBD?
Take the oil daily one hour before bedtime, or, based on your own experience, you can choose to take it at another time, such as in the morning or afternoon. Research and experience show that the average use of SanaCan for most people is 3 pipettes per day.
How long can I use SanaCan products?
SanaCan products can be used for as long as needed. As with other substances like medications and nutritional supplements, it's possible your body can build up a tolerance to CBD. If you notice this, consider reducing your dosage and gradually increasing it again, or temporarily stopping for a few weeks.
Do SanaCan products cause unwanted effects?
By gradually building up your dosage using microdosing, the risk of adverse effects is small, but the possibility exists. Possible adverse effects may include:
- Dry mouth
- Change in appetite
- Lowering blood pressure
- Accelerated bowel movements
When should I not use SanaCan products?
Do not use during pregnancy, when attempting to become pregnant or when breastfeeding.
Can SanaCan products be used with other medications?
CBD can potentially interact with a wide range of medications. Consult your doctor or pharmacist first if you are taking any medication.
Is it possible to vape SanaCan products?
No, SanaCan products are not suitable for vaping. SanaCan products are only suitable for oral administration (ingestion through the mouth).
Are SanaCan products analyzed for ingredients?
Yes, we monitor SanaCan products throughout the entire production process. This allows us to guarantee the highest level of safety and quality. The analyses are performed by an independent third party.
Ordering and Shipping
I made a mistake with my order. Can I still change it?
We always try to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible after placing them, so we can deliver them the next business day. If you see an error in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@sanacan.com or by phone or WhatsApp . This way, we can help you most quickly and may be able to make an adjustment for you. We usually respond to emails within one business day, so there's a good chance the package has already been shipped.
If your package can no longer be stopped, you can always return/exchange (products from) your order within 14 days.
How can I pay?
We offer various payment options (iDEAL, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Mastercard, and VISA), so there's always one that suits you. SanaCan always uses a secure SSL connection, ensuring your payment is always safe.
Do I pay shipping costs?
Orders over €50 are shipped for free. For orders under €50, there's a small shipping fee of €3.99.
When will I receive my order?
If you order in our webshop before 10 PM on weekdays, your package will be delivered the next day!* Delivery days are Tuesday through Saturday. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
*Please note: this applies to deliveries within the Netherlands. Due to high demand at both our webshop and our delivery partners, your order may take longer to arrive during this period (approximately 1 to 3 business days).
Are the prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All prices quoted on our website include VAT.
Is there a legal warranty applicable?
All items you purchase from us are covered by the statutory warranty. The statutory warranty means that a product is or should do what a consumer can reasonably expect.

How can I return a package or product?
You can return any package within 14 days. Want to return your package? Follow these steps .
Are you having trouble returning your item according to our step-by-step guide? Please contact us first. We'll be happy to work with you to find an alternative solution so you can still return it.
I opened the packaging. Can I still return it?
No. We ask that you handle the product with care during the cooling-off period. For health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened sachets of nutritional supplements where the seal (the packaging's closure) has been broken. In the unlikely event of a defect, you will of course receive a replacement or a refund. Please keep the product and contact Customer Service.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Are returns free?
No, returns are not free, the shipping costs are at your own expense.
